Work With Us
Thailand isn’t just a destination we write about. We’re based here, splitting our time between Hua Hin and Bangkok, with regular returns to Sydney where we run our sister site, SydneyExpert.com. We’ve been visiting Thailand since the 1990s, but the past two years have taken us deeper than ever before, covering 24 provinces and counting.

Why Partner With Us
We know Thailand from the inside. As Digital Nomad Visa holders based in Hua Hin, we’re not passing through. We’re here year-round, watching how things change, revisiting places, and staying across what’s new. Our audience is made up of engaged travellers who are actively planning trips to Thailand, and they trust what we recommend because we only write about what we’ve actually experienced.
Our Audience
Our readers come primarily from:
- Australia and New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- United States and Canada
- Europe
- Singapore and Hong Kong
Most are planning trips of two to four weeks and looking for a mix of genuine experiences and practical information they can actually use.
Content That Connects
When we feature a business, we create content built around real visits and honest impressions. That means:
- Detailed, experience-based reviews and features
- Original photography from our own trips
- Practical information readers can use to plan
- Local context that goes beyond the obvious
- Updates based on return visits, not just a one-time stay
Our Editorial Approach
Trust is everything in travel writing. We don’t feature places we haven’t visited, we don’t soften opinions to keep partners happy, and we don’t guess. If we haven’t been there, we don’t write about it.
- We only write about places and experiences we’ve personally visited
- All reviews reflect our genuine opinions
- Any complimentary services are clearly disclosed
- We maintain complete editorial independence
- Information is updated based on return visits, not set and forgotten
Who We Work With
We work with businesses we’d recommend to a friend planning their first trip to Thailand. Quality matters more than category, and everything we feature is something we’ve experienced ourselves.
That includes:
- Accommodation we’ve stayed in, across all price points
- Tours and experiences run by operators we have met and showed us they’re doing
- Transport options we’ve actually used and would use again
- Anything that helps a first-time or independent traveller have a better trip
Let’s Create Something Together
If you run a tourism business in Thailand and think your guests would benefit from being featured on Thailand Awaits, we’d love to hear from you.
Email [email protected] with:
- Your business name and website
- Where you’re located and what you offer
- The best person to contact
- Your social media handles
- Anything that makes your business worth the visit
We read every enquiry and follow up with those that are a good fit for our readers and our content.
Thailand keeps surprising us. That’s why we keep writing about it.
